Partnership Information Questionnaire

For universities that have applied for or received GPS membership. The questionnaire provides the information required to develop an annual or biennial action plan and, where appropriate, to prepare an institution-specific Memorandum of Understanding. It is completed following the Membership Application or at the request of GPS.
